Our Computer System Upgrade is complete. Here are some updates for you:
1. Statements

Beginning next month, your statement will look different with the completion of our Computer System Upgrade. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive your newly-formatted statement in January 2019.
2. e-Statements

Beginning next month, your e-statement will look different with the completion of our Computer System Upgrade. e-Statements will resume being sent electronically next month. Please let us know if you have any questions once you view your newly-formatted e-statement in January 2019.

If you were charged a $1.00 Statement Fee for your one-time statement that was mailed in December; we apologize for that error and that fee has been reversed.
3. Tax & IRA Information

Tax forms (1099/1098) and IRA information will be sent in a separate mailing for the 2018 Tax Year. Watch your mail for these items (if applicable) in January 2019.

Members have the option to enroll to receive Tax & IRA information electronically within Best Reward Online. To enroll, once logged in, do the following:

Select e-Notices

Agree to the Disclosure

Select Maintain e-Notices (to the right)

Select Tax Notices

Choose Electronic (Selected by Default)

You're Done
4. Phone 24

Sometime in the future, existing phone numbers for Phone 24 will be replaced with this new phone number: 1-800-263-8135.

You may also access Phone 24 by calling the branch of your choice and selecting option 1 during business hours or option 2 during non-business hours.

When you call Phone 24, your PIN will be set as the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and then you will be prompted to change your PIN.
