Welcome to Best Reward Credit Union's website!  The PEF and Best Reward data processing systems will integrate beginning Friday, January 31st and will be complete on Monday, February 3rd. You have been automatically re-directed to this page for important information regarding your accounts and services during this transition.

Best Reward Online - To enroll for online account access, online bill pay, e-statements, and other electronic services anytime after 8:00 am on Monday, February 3rd, click HERE.

Online Bill Pay - Once you are enrolled for Best Reward Online, you may enroll for Online Bill Pay.  If you have questions or need assistance setting up your Online Bill Pay, you may contact our Bill Pay HELP Line at 1-855-678-3961.

e-Statements - Due to the integration, paper statements will be mailed for January 2014.  If you were enrolled for e-Statements previously, please enroll for Best Reward Online anytime after 8:00 am on Monday, February 3rd and provide a valid email address during your enrollment.  Once complete, you will automatically be enrolled for e-Statements going forward; therefore re-enrollment for e-Statements is NOT necessary.

Phone 24 - To enroll for Best Reward's automated phone service, you may continue to dial 1-877-798-6879 anytime after 8:00 am on Monday, February 3rd.  You may also dial any of the branch office main phone numbers and select the Phone 24 option from the auto attendant. Click HERE to view instructions and prompt options for Phone 24.  You may also dial these numbers at anytime to obtain your account information via Phone 24: 216-367-8039, 440-232-2378, or 1-800-774-6997.  

ATM/Debit Card Update - If you have a PEF FCU ATM and/or Debit Card, Best Reward will be issuing you a new card. New card(s) were scheduled to mail in mid-January; however we have been informed by our card processor that there is a delay due to a number of factors outside of their control.  The vendor is working 24/7 to get these cards in the mail. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working diligently with our card processor to get this resolved. If you have any questions in the meantime, you may contact our Card Services Department at 440-232-9540.

Best Reward Credit Union's website will be your NEW location for accessing your accounts online, paying your bills online, and utilizing many other convenient services.
