If we need to reach you regarding your Best Reward Debit Card and/or Credit Card and you can't be reached, your account could be locked until we can reach you.
New Email Address?
Simply login to Best Reward Online, click on the Gear icon in the top right corner, and select Personal Information. Once you’re in that screen, you can update your email address, add email addresses, and update other information as needed.
Even if you change your address with the post office, you still need to notify the credit union in order to have your credit union mail continue without any interruption in service.
